The Jenny Craig diet is a calorie restriction diet much like many other programs. At the beginning of the program to meet with the counselor where you sit down developed weight loss goals and discuss problems. Your counselor will help you determine your personal individual eating style. At this point you identify problems and work towards goals and solutions. Afterwards, you will meet with your counselor once a week over the phone or via e-mail. This way you will have a help of a professional who will monitor your progress while you try to reach your weight loss goals.

The Jenny Craig diet is a calorie restriction diet, which means the weight lose weight by eating fewer calories. Plain and simple. The diet consists initially a prepackaged meals. Eating these mails is the first part of the diet. The goal is that you’ll transition to cooking and creating healthy meals for yourself. They’ll identify problems and try to develop solutions. Thereafter, you’ll meet with your counselor once a week via e-mail or over the phone whichever is more convenient for you. This way you have the help and assistance of a professional monitoring you on your way to your fitness goals.

Like I said earlier this is calorie restriction diet. That means the way you lose weight is by eating fewer calories. The Jenny Craig diet consists of prepackaged meals.
